Selection Process
OICL में selection process 3 steps में होगी – Prelims Exam, Main Exam, and Interview। Prelims Exam में candidates को online mode के माध्यम से 100 अंकों के multiple choice के प्रश्न का सामाग्री के साथ सामान्य अध्ययन किया जाएगा। इसके बाद, जो उम्मीदवार Prelims Exam में सफल होते हैं, उन्हें Main Exam के लिए बुलाया जाएगा, जिसमें 200 अंकों की परीक्षा होगी। Phase2 के बाद, जो candidates shortlist किए जाते हैं, उन्हें कंपनी द्वारा आयोजित interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
